Round Rock is a great place to learn Middle Eastern dance which is the original art of preparing for birth. Women have been dancing for thousands of years. I find it is an excellent "exercise" for V.B.A.C.  It combines abdominal tone, movement,  and breath in preparation for birth.   

Our Birthing Center clients are allowed to come for free, as we provide various birth education for our home birth, and birthing center clients.  Others may attend for $5.00. We welcome you to our Round Rock office.
